Describe who/what this design is about

The website provides online resources for people leaders and their teams. The ultimate intention is that I will be selling 'skillpacks' - skills-building premium content for people leaders and managers to develop their own skills and upskill their teams (I have a background in leadership training). You can see the vanilla site at www.skillpacks.com

I want to communicate energy and change.

I'm not looking for anything literal / obvious. (No graphics of 'packages', stick people, pathways, etc please). Simple, abstract and bold is what I want. The font needs to be professional, clean, confident. Do please take note of the 2 styles I've selected. I'm happy to consider logotype or abstract. I'll be giving regular feedback on what I prefer, so please do experiment... you'll hear back from me each day. For the winning design I'll need the hex codes, plus font details and (ideally) a simple secondary color pallet.

Hi all, a lot of designs are still being submitted using blue / green combinations, graphics of people, layouts that won't work for a website banner. As a result I'm just eliminating them as they don't meet the basic requirements of the brief. Also, many designs are a variation on 'SP', no need for this. I'd love to get your designs... please do read through each aspect of the brief and the comments first. I've given the brief and my comments plenty of thought and they do reflect what I'm looking for. The brief says: "Simple, abstract and bold is what I want". And, "I want to communicate energy and change". "Happy to have strong, vibrant colors". The comments (and the brief) say that the font should be professional, clean and confident. (And probably black or dark grey). Thanks.

Hi all, thanks for all your work. I've done a clean up and eliminated some designs, so I can manage the process better. If you are able to submit new designs I'd encourage you to really focus on the brief (and the comments here). I spent a lot of time working on the brief, it reflects how I will evaluate the work. Hi all, thanks for your work. I'm receiving a lot of designs that don't meet the basic requirements in the brief. Please note: - The font needs to be professional, clean, confident - and from my comments below, the font color must be black or grey, or a suitably dark color) - Would prefer to keep away from obvious color combinations (blue / green, red / black, etc). Looking for something more unique. Happy to have strong, vibrant colors. In addition to these basics, I want a logo that communicates energy and change. I'm not looking for anything literal / obvious. Please keep these briefing points in mind as you work on the design. Thanks!

One comment overall, please remember from the brief that I'm happy to have strong vibrant colors. As mentioned earlier the font probably needs to be a black, or grey (or a dark colour) to communicate the professional image, but logo colours can be brighter and more vibrant. Thanks to all.

Hi all, as mentioned in the brief, the font needs to be professional, clean, confident. To me #12, #21 and #35 are moving in the right direction in terms of font. I think the likelihood is that the font needs to be black (or dark grey) to communicate that sense of confident / professional / consulting industry. Colored fonts don't seem to achieve this as effectively. As mentioned above, the layout needs to be horizontal, to work at on a website. My favorite designs overall at the moment are #32 and #35. Thanks for all your work.

One point to note: this design is primarily for a website, so a horizontal layout is probably best. Designs such as #13, #20, #23 are going to be limited by the vertical space and look too small on the page. Thanks for your submissions, I'll continue to provide regular feedback.
