Much of what the law firm does is create legal documents for clients that serve their needs in the areas of elder law, estate planning, real estate, business and not-for-profit corporations. We mostly practice transactional law. Accordingly, the all to typical scales of justice and roman columns that appear in so many law firm logos is NOT what we want. We want this logo to portray the unique brand of law that we practice and avoid the tired cliches that repeat themselves all too often in legal logos.

The law firm represents families and family owned businesses in certain niche areas. In addition, the firm represents religious and not-for profit corporations. Primarily, the firm's clients are searching for assistance in planning for elderly family members who require chronic care which may include home care, assisted living, or nursing home care. Often the primary issue is the financial planning for the cost of care, and often the planning involves planning for Medicaid coverage to carry the bulk of the financial burden.
The firm also represents clients for general estate planning, including Revocable Living Trust, WIlls, etc. Furthermore, the firm assists clients in planning for Special Needs persons who have medical conditions which require a certain kind of planning in order for the individual to maximize the benefit of receiving an inheritance.
The firm also represents clients that are buying and selling real estate, both commercial and residential. And, often clients are starting or expanding businesses or not-for-profits, need consultations with respect to the formation and maintenance of the formalities as required by the state. In a sense we act as "in house counsel" for those clients that cannot afford to hire a full time attorney on staff.
