  One additional item we will need is design for a name tag. Current ones are approximately 1x3" or 1.5x3.5" or so. Likely including the logo, employee's first name and title, such as Certified Hand Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Licensed OT Assistant, Operations Manager, and Patient Care Coordinator.

  We definitely prefer orange over green as the primary color for the back side of the business cards and in stationary/other products.

  Please use design from entry #439 in our logo contest, replacing dashes with dots. FONT: NEXA BOLD (Or your discretion; others possible) PRIMARY COLORS: ORANGE (#D18122) AND GREEN (#738F52) ACCENT COLORS: BROWN (#544741), LIGHT GREEN (#B9C4AC), RED #993B2C, OR BLUE (#538898) BLACK (#2F3334) WHITE (F0F1E8) PLEASE do not use logos/image from our current website.
