Describe who/what this design is about

This is a title company that handles closings for real estate transactions. We walk the sellers and buyers through the closing process and give them money if they sold and keys if they bought a house at the end. We are owned by a real estate attorney and a real estate broker and are known throughout both of those communitites.

We would like the logo to be some sort of symbolism of a house or property. We are currently building a website and when looking at our competition, we would like to stay away from the color green, palm trees and keys.

I would like to work on this project, however, gold will work with black, or on a black backdrop. I don;t think gold and cream work on white. Is it compulsory to work on gold and cream? thanks

Thank you for all your submissions and hard work. We are going through them and are liking a lot of what we are seeing. I wanted to mention again that we are in South Florida by the ocean and while we like the house symbol we would like to see it incorporated with an oceanside theme as well. Again, thank you.
