Describe who/what this design is about

Cool neighborhood restaurant with 48 seats including 10 bar seats. TVs at the bar. Upscale community. Familiar comfortable food, but a bit fancy. Mid priced...not a pub but not white table cloth. The kind of place where you would meet friends for a drink or go ourt for a nice meal once or twice a week. Open for lunch and dinner late until midnight.
Somewhat of a bar scene, especially on weekends. Brunch served Sat & Sun. Always some cool music in the background.

The designs with 4 stars are cleaner and more sophisticated. I seem to like the designs with marroon, reds and black better than purple. Also due to the shape of the space that we have for our sign a horizontal design probably will work better than vertical. (round or square)
