  Thought I'd include this segment from a reply I sent to one of our artists who asked if I had any ideas to help inspire: Yes...channel Terence McKenna. Or Timothy Leary, Hunter Thompson or Pinky and the Brain. Ideas? I don't know. I kind of like the stylized looks of old vintage advertisements for beer or anything else from the early 20th century. I like the psychedelic poster artwork from the late '60's San Francisco Haight Ashbury scene. Retro-future artwork from the sci-fi movies of the late '50's is cool to me too. Anything visually stimulating would be seriously considered. I don't really want a guitar or a doughnut though. I see lots of people adding a guitar in the logo. I would like to go just a tad more outside the box than that. Thanks Steve

  I know our name is a take on donuts, but the designs don't necessarily have to have a donut in them. Looking mostly for something visually stimulating.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
