A company that helps agricultural companies manage their employees. I want to show alignment with agriculture with an emphasis on the workers/people doing the work. Could be agricultural construction, livestock and/or crop picking.

I want balance between people and agriculture. I don't want it to only indicate one of those two things. I don't like banners. I want it to be clean, modern font but appeal to both newer and older farm owners. I also want it to appeal to the workers themselves. No sun or anything that makes the work seem too hot or unappealing. Our services ensure a happy, engaged workforce. Dark green (forest or dark Kelly green) are probably good choices. Gold or wheat color could be a contrast but I'm keeping an open mind. Something that can be boiled down to a contrast logo (e.g. white stitching on a shirt) is also helpful.
