MVCA, the Monaco Private Equity and Venture Capital Association is an independent, non-profit association of organizations, companies and individuals who are active in the private equity and venture capital community. MVCA organizes and hosts events which generate dealflow, learning and networking opportunities. MVCA supports the active exchange of information among its members and represent the common voice of the Private Equity community in Monaco.

- Some elements of the red color should be maintained as it reflects Monaco (however,the new color used in the new logo design should be used - A new, more modern picture of Monaco could be used - the website needs to be revamped along the lines of what has been done with the new logo and stationery design (which will be uploaded and have been assigned via LogoDesignGuru) - We have a web layout suggestion which we will upload as well - We want to have the Events in a slightly different format - rather than just listing them, we want to have new "event series" displayed in the upcoming event section, i.e. MVCA Deal Talk, MVCA Inside Monaco, MVCA Co-Invest etc.
