Modern logo for an accountancy firm that supports high tech/renewable energy companies

The company is staffed by young professionals committed to support (provide financial & accounting services to) clients who are also looking to improve the world we live in. Clients are involved in solar power/renewable energy sector, high tech and philanthropic endeavors. We use the latest technology to reduce the stress of admin/finance & accounting so clients are able to focus instead on doing good in the world. The design needs to look professional and the colors I have selected do not have to all be included just giving possible ranges. The company is one of the early adopters of the UN's Climate Pledge and is committed to be carbon neutral before 2023.

If we are being consistent with the other companies in corporate group we would have a centralized logo with "Amberside" underneath that and then slightly smaller different font saying either "Accounting Services" or "Accounting Ltd". This is not a fixed requirement, we are open to suggestions.

I will upload a picture of four companies logos in our group including our current one (at the bottom) we need to completely step away from our current logo as it is exactly the same as another company in the group who has it in blue (ours is burgundy) and we are looking to differentiate ourselves with this exercise.
