Describe who/what this design is about

fresh, inspiring, passionate about personal development, coaching and strength in bold and authentic leadership. Its modern and independent, a new start up company focussing initially on a UK market but with intentions to go global. Innovative and focussed on the cutting edge of psychology and techniques to help individual and corporate stress management and resilience.

LA Clarke with Development written underneath or a witty, snappy abbreviation as I'm aware it is a long company name. Something unique, that catches the attention.
I don't want bland, corporate jigsaws, handshakes or naff takes on development. Think TED talks, HBR. Strength and diversity with no obvious bias towards male or female.
Something dynamic that links to unleashing potential.

Thank you so so much to everyone so far. I've starred those ones that feel the best fit. Possibly my error but the slogan is 'It starts today' not 'id', although this is non-essential to include. Appreciate more options that have abbreviated or capitalised the firm's name (drafts 1,2,3), really like those who've managed to do that because the length of my company name was necessary upon establishment but is now proving something of a challenge I hadn't anticipated. So innovative ideas on how to abbreviate are very welcome. I appreciate this wasn't in the original brief but I see this as an emergent process. Keen to see red in the design as well. Modern fonts preferred thankyou. Striking bold designs and a masculine feel is fine too. So far a brilliant array of designs, thank you to you gifted designers!
