Describe who/what this design is about

This is for a high end and highly specialized staffing company. We only do LONG TERM placements and everything is included. The logo should express luxury, where everything is included, best in class service, trustworthy, professional, personal touch. We seek to better the lives of the workers (that we staff at other companies) while also solving problems for our clients (because we are providing long term, well trained staff) We will specialize in the aerospace, medical, manufacturing and oil and gas industries.

I think the letters might look best in all lower case but I could be wrong so feel free to try all upper case as well. What would be great would be a very unique but simple, modern and clean font for the letters and then have a symbol above it (or to the side) You could try a stylized version of the "C" or I really like simple geometric drawings of something, perhaps an animal or animal head. I have attached some examples so you know what I am talking about when I say 'geometric design'. If you go the animal route, animals I like are lion, bear, fox, owl and wolf (but open to others). It should project strength, protection, intelligence. In the examples there is an image of a lion's head with some parts falling away - I like this design/idea because it shows movement/change/motion. I would need it more simplified though - don't be afraid to try outlines. I also really like the hexagon/honeycomb shape - I just think it's cool, so you are welcome to incorporate that aspect or go that direction.

I am not set on anything in particular for the logo just think clean, clear, modern, powerful and visually striking. A symbol that could be a standalone, without the name of the company, something that would look great on a shirt or other merchandise, a very clear 'high end' brand.

Although its a staffing company, I only want "catalyst" (ie. not "catalyst staffing") although for the tag line I would like: staffing l evolved (with the thin vertical line separating the two words). Also, even thought it's a staffing company, I dont want symbols like people, handshakes, stairs, ladders or other cheesy things like that. **I am hoping to be a catalyst to change people's lives for the better, through a perfect job or career - so focus more on the thought of creating change, rising up, improving lives.
