Medical Office Park logo for signage and marketing

HealthPark

at forty two west

Yes

This design will be used for marketing pieces and for entry and directional signage. The park is located across from a new hospital which has green in its logo and we are strategically related to the hospital. Our park will emphasize the collaboration between the multiple medical practices.

Color options that I would consider would be... green (definitely), greys, black and others. We do have burnt brick red awnings that we were required to use since the Hospital had that color scheme.

not sure

I don't want to limit creativity in any way, but I did really like the logo design no. 13 by Grafixplus for Healthy communities recently submitted. I am open-minded on the new design. It is important to make HealthPark one word with the H and P capitalized.

#80 Remove highlighting. Change tag line to black text similar to #135. No other changes please. (yours has been near the top the entire time, thank you).

Today is Sunday February 5, 2012. It is the last day of this competition. We gathered today to narrow our selections to the top five and we ended up narrowing it down to 7 out of over 300 submissions. If you did not make the list, it does not mean yours was not a good logo, but the top vote getters met all of the criteria we outlined and appealed to our taste. These were as simple as possible, but usually had more than one meaning. THANK YOU to all of the designers. I never expected the quality of work that we received from most of you. The top seven are: 80, 125, 135, 168,169,249 and 272. I will be contacting you to see a few variations on your submission and we hope to make a decision today if we get a reaponse that quickly. Thank you all again!!!!!

#48 I like it a lot, but I didn't like the line on the tag line and HealthPark is one word. Nice job, definitely in the running.

#31 That is much better and got my attention. I like the orientation and scale better.

#30 Bold and thinking outside of the box. The scale of the logo, however, is too large relative to the text for me. I'm not sure that it would be practical as entry signage. Probably better on stationery. I feel that it apprears more as a flower or propeller than a medical cross, a health crossroads or or something of that nature. It is a dynamic idea and I really appreciate the effort.

#28 and 29 Very interesting. I like the use of the red, its hard to work that in, but I liked the way you kept it minimal. I like the concept, but the logo needs something resolved. Hard to say why, but really nice direction.I didn't like the bullets on the tag line.

#15 HealthPark is one word. Use the tag line and I think the highlights hurt it a bit. Overall, very nice and clean.

#25 This one is appreciated, but a bit too literal. # 26 Your earlier logo is far better to me.

#23 and #24 Try the tag line in a lighter black serif style of some kind

#20 Forty is mispelled, but that aside, not too impressed with this one. Sorry, this one is eliminated. #15 Forgot the Tag line. It's about the only one I liked with a leaf. Has some potential. #21 I liked some of your others better. The logo is interesting, but could be simplified as it is a bit busy. I liked the tag line registered to the right a bit better. #12 is the besst effort by JTScreative. The logo is my favorite so far. #6 Nice composition. I want to see more serious colors, but the logo part is not my favorite.

#12 is very nice and the tag line is larger which I like better. I think I would prefer a different typestyle on the tag line though. #13 Didn't like the line on the tag line. In general, I didn't really like the designs with a leaf. It seems a bit too agricultural. #8 I like the typestyles as it relates to this design. I am having difficulty imagining how to make the green swoosh logo apply to an entrance sign because of the subtle gradation of colors and translucency. Maybe a different element over the text. #9 and 10 I don't mind the people figures, but they can get over-used. If they are used, I think I would prefer them to be more static and graphic and not as playful.
