I wanted to explain this project better. It is a marketing collateral project so I need whatever usually comes with that. In all material I want to emphasize “benefits” NOT “features”. Basically I offer two services. One is for ceramic tile, grout, stone, and concrete cleaning on floors, walls, and countertops. I use a rotary pressure wash machine that applies high pressure water in a rapidly spinning fashion, and at the same time it vacuums up the dirty waste water leaving the surface clean and it dries in under seven minutes. I use citrus based cleaners. I also offer the option to seal the surfaces and grout with a high quality sealant. I want to showcase also that the cleaning is important to eliminate odors coming from the grout itself which is porous and allow for bacterial growth everywhere. This bacteria is also unhealthy for obvious reasons as clients walk barefoot on it all the time. Pets, and children also are safer when “this cleaning is done by a professional using the best state of the art tools”. Here is a link to a short video of this system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdE9OvlCdIg Our machine is the blue SX machine. Benefits to clients are: 1. Health: Tile and grout flooring (and walls) are, by nature, porous materials. After its initial installation, it immediately begins absorbing dirty mop water, urine and a host of other contaminants, including, but not limited to, mold and mildew fungi, bacteria and viruses. Because of this, tile and grout surfaces develop a dingy appearance and foul odors. The idea that tile and grout does not require any maintenance beyond the occasional sweeping and mopping only furthers this problem. Our system effectively eliminates these contaminates leaving the tile and grout in like new condition. 2. Odor: Having your tile and grout regularly cleaned by professionals will eliminate odors coming from dirty grout. 3. Appearance: Although some have sealed tile and grout surfaces right after installation, this only offers a degree of short term protection. One problem is that few tile and grout surfaces are sealed properly when they are installed. Another problem is that sealers wear out and break down over time, leaving a surface that is only partially sealed and begins to appear splotchy as the unsealed areas absorb contaminants. With regular maintenance our sealant will keep your tile floors and walls sparkling clean. 4. Convenience: Our system is as affordable as carpet cleaning and should be done every six to twelve months. We always wear foot covers in your home and work quickly and efficiently so you don’t have to. 5. Cost: Think of the cost of replacing your tile floors and walls due to failing grout. Once dirt and other contaminants work their way into the porous grout, the grout weakens and cracks over time and then the big problems begin. Water will begin to penetrate to your subfloor and weaken the bond to the tiles, eventually leading to loose or broken tiles. With regular cleaning and sealing you will save big in the long run. The second service I offer is air-duct cleaning using a system called the “RamAir” system. It is much better than the old method commonly used. We don’t have to cut into any ducting, and the high pressure air does a better cleaning job than the old brush method. We use HEPA filters on our vacuums to keep the interior air clean while we’re working. This service includes cleaning all air-ducts, registers, return air registers and ducts, and the furnace itself on the interior. I will replace the furnace’s air filter at no extra charge but the client must provide it themselves. Here is a link to a short video demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYjLtgu4Zo4 Benefits are: 1. Health: Most people spend 60 to 90% of their time indoors. The air you breathe has a substantial effect on you and your family's health. Over the course of time, with normal use, air duct systems accumulate a mass of contaminants including dirt, dust, dust mites, bacteria, fungi, hair, pet dander, construction debris, and chemical residues. All the dust and debris in the air ducts get blown into your home’s living spaces with each cycle of the air conditioner or heater. This means that with each breath you take, some of these particles enter your nasal passages. The particles can work their way into your sinuses, causing inflammation which can lead to infection. We recommend having your home heating and cooling system cleaned at least every 3 years to prevent or reduce many health problems. 2. Better energy efficiency of the cooling and heating system. 3. A cleaner heating and cooling system, which could reduce maintenance and repair needs. 4. Longer heating and cooling system lifespan. 5. Less dust throughout the house. 6. Lower monthly utility costs. We also offer an additional service of cleaning out the dryer vents. I want these quotes highlighted somewhere on each flyer, brochure, etc. These facts are from the FEMA article given below and I want that included also for credibility. • An estimated 2,900 clothes dryer fires in residential buildings are reported to U.S. fire departments each year and cause an estimated 5 deaths, 100 injuries, and $35 million in property loss. • Failure to clean (34 percent) was the leading factor contributing to the ignition of clothes dryer fires in residential buildings. • Dust, fiber, and lint (28 percent) and clothing not on a person (27 percent) were, by far, the leading items first ignited in clothes dryer fires in residential buildings. Clothes Dryer Fires in Residential Buildings (2008–2010), FEMA - Volume 13, Issue 7 / August 2012 You should have your dryer vents cleaned at least every six to twelve months to avoid these dangerous fire hazards due to dirty dryer vents. Other Benefits: 1. Lower monthly utility costs due to increased clothes dryer efficiency. 2. Less dust in your home from reduced airflow efficiency in your dryer’s vent. Not all vents are sealed properly and leaking does happen. 3. Longer lasting clothes dryer and reduced maintenance/replacement fees. With each cycle, your dryer has to work harder and longer to dry your clothes. With regular cleaning of the dryer vent, the moist air is more efficiently forced out of your home leading to longer lasting dryer components as each load dries faster with less backpressure. More information: • All my equipment is low noise compared to other systems. • We always wear “footies” to keep your floors clean. • We place corner and wall protectors where needed to protect your home from contact with our hoses. • I want marketing material for each service by itself, and another set of marketing material for all services combined. • Make a place where I can place my prices later please. Thank you all for your good work. Dan

I have added some images today of tools I will use in this business. Please use them wherever. The file is named gekkopowercleanimages.zip. I will use the vacuum to extract the dirty water after powercleaning the hard surface floors and walls. I will use the blue tools as well for that. The other thing is that I will use the RamAir system to clean the air-ducts.
