Yellow, Purple, Green-Any combination of these are fine. You may use all three if you would like. Please use white space as you see fit. I by no means want a dark logo.

Keep the design clean. The design should be easily read if in a moving car. This is for a drive through daiquiri shop, it need to be distinct but fun. Don't go too cartoonish, if you go illustrative. No palm trees!

Draft 8 & 9 are really on the right track. I think the logo would look better with a more retro feel (cahnging the font). A retro gas station logo feel is really the direction I think you can go. can you do a draft removing the glass and placing "2GD" in the center.

Draft #4-I think it's a bit feminine. I am not looking for cute. Try a deeper color purple. Someone thought it was pink. Draft #5, #6-Can you try a different font All-Try a circular logo It ok to use black. This logo will go on the side of a building near a highway, so I need it to be easy to read.
