Open to most colors. Colors I like are Silver/Dark Gray, Blue, Red/Burgundy, White and maybe orange. I think I would prefer a simpler design, with probably 2 colors, maybe 3 at most.

Looking for a professional logo, simple and classy, but something that doesn't look dated and something that is not too modern or high tech looking.
The company is based in Los Angeles, California and focuses on acquiring distressed residential (and also some commercial) properties directly from owners in default and banks.
I would also like to see a couple of sample logos with city buildings or a city skyline as part of the logo. However, feel free to be creative in designing the logo as best you best wish.
