Describe who/what this design is about

We have created an organization called "Foundation L for dance" to raise money from fundraising + donations to pay for children 5-18yrs old to dance and compete in national dance competitions for jazz, ballet, hip-hop, etc. We need a logo to represent the name with primary emphasis on the "L" and show it's for dance.

We have a dance school called "Studio L Dance Co." and this is the main school (think of it as the brand) and "Foundation L for dance" is a separate organization (think of it as a product line of a main brand) which should have some similar elements but not the same colors or style. Foundation L for dance logo should have it's own identity.

draft #16, #19, #20, #21 - Thank you for your submissions. The logos you created all look too much like the dance company logo - this new logo should have it's own identity and not be a copy of the studio logo - but can take direction from it. It is an organization that pays for and supports children & young adults do what they love = dance. I need dance to be represented here.

#3 - also, the logo should only read "Foundation L for Dance" not "Foundation L Dance Co."

#3 - thank you for your design. The design around the "L" makes it difficult to see it's an "L" and they are too colorful. I like the rest of it. Can you rework the "L" please?
