Describe who/what this design is about

Short Profile: The Monaco Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, short ‘MVCA’ is a non-profit association registered in Monaco and the national PE & VC association in the country. Please view full profile here - http://www.mvca.asso.mc/en/about-mvca-2-33.html. For our existing logo: please check on our official website: http://www.mvca.asso.mc. We find it is outdated (in terms of structure, fonts, positioning of logo elements etc.) and should be revamped.

MVCA stands for: seriousness and professionalism. Logo types that best reflect that, typically have the following profile: they are bold & dynamic. Other industry associations’ logos that we like, as a reference:

The logo should contain the wording ‘MVCA’ in one line. It should contain the wording ‘Monaco Private Equity & Venture Capital Association’ split in two lines, preferably written in bold, capital letters; the wording should be placed underneath ‘MVCA’ or next to it, on the right hand side (those could be two variations)

Optional: additional, distinctive elements associated with ‘The Principality of Monaco’ built into the logo.
