  Just some additional guidance for design submitters: 1. We're not looking for the typical swoosh or globe or 3D designs that are too complicated or difficult to use in marketing. 2. We would like something unique, but clean. 3. We don't need graduated/faded coloring, would prefer something with 2-3 solid colors 4. We want to capitalize on the concept of "innovation" or design thinking or out of the box type solutions. Innovation is in our DNA, so something playing off of DNA strands might be appropriate if done well. 5. Something that would also serve as a good application icon on a mobile device would also be helpful.
