Describe who/what this design is about

In divorce proceedings, often times there is an imbalance when one spouse has more financial resources than the other. This typically occurs when there is only one breadwinner or one spouse earns substantially more income than the other. The more financially secure partner can drag out the process, drive up costs, or hide assets until the less financially secure partner concedes. The resulting division of assets is often substantially smaller for the conceding partner. Level One Finance provides funding to the the spouse in need to cover:

Reasonable Living Allowances

Concerning the logo we've thought about including a modern take on the Scales of Justice to represent "leveling the playing field" and "equality", but we would be open to some other sort of representation as well. For colors we were leaning towards possibly a light blue or at least something bright. 80% of our clientele are female so nothing should be too masculine. We would also like to keep with the theme of our other brands as well (see attached files). Image on the left with "Level One Finance" on the right and "Divorce Funding" directly below the name.
