Describe who/what this design is about

We operate in the Northeast US, Cape Cod and South Eastern MA, USA. We have spun a real estate brokerage firm away from a company, so we need to rework our existing logo, which is a compass rose. Please see www.premiercommercial.biz

I want the logo to have a very nautical / marine feel. Our existing logo is the compass rose, so maybe the spin off should be a compass. It has to be different but not too different. Please refer to our existing logo at www.premiercommercial.biz . Our tag line "Resources - Real Estate - Management" can be incorporated in the logo.
