The logo should look fresh but professional. It should have a coastal feel to it and look caring, approachable and friendly.
The impression that I want to convey from the logo is that this is a fresh and modern company that will be reliable and professional in looking after coastal holiday homes.

Don't want to see anything too corporate looking.
This logo must be fresh and modern. It must give a feel that we are modern and we know what a stylish holiday home looks like.
Stylish is very important as our customers are very discerning. So the logo must be stylish and contemporary. They can leave anything too corporate at home - this is about their Holiday Home, their relaxing bolt hole and we must look friendly and caring to deal with them, but at the same time professional.
By looking at the logo a property owner should think:
This company is a friendly face, in using this company i know i will have peace of mind with them looking after my holiday home.
A clean look is what we are after - nothing too messy and fussy
