This is a software that helps banks and credit unions manage overdraft services. We want it to convey safety and soundness, and the assurance that this software will help them stay compliant with the many industry requirements. When we brand it we're going to say "ODM Guardian will ensure safety and soundness every step of the way when managing overdraft processes.”

"ODM" stands for Overdraft Manager. We want Overdraft Manager spelled out in the logo (or next to it, or under it) but it can be much smaller. But the name of the product is "ODM Guardian" and should be front and center in the design. The text "Overdraft Manager" is just descriptive.
