We are looking for a simple, fun logo design for our whimsical safari concept bar / restaurant located oceanfront on an island. We have received plenty of logos of Rhinos. Giraffes would be ok. We are open to using a marlin fish since it is used in the logo for the marina the bar is located at. Although, the logo does not have to include any animals. Someday we may want to stray from the safari animals that are in the bar. Elaborate safari themed logos are not desired. We have received a lot of designs that would work well for an actual safari company. That is not the look we are going for. We are fond of the color blue but are open to any colors. We would prefer less than 4 colors for cost of printing reasons. It would be best if the logo can be printed without modification in solid black or solid white (without a gradient) or if a black or white version was easily derived from the design. Simple design, highlight the location, whimsical, not too abstract, and not too literal would be a good start to the logo.
