Describe who/what this design is about

It will have a tugboat in the design with the words
IPowertugboat incorporated.

This is a small flotation boat made on a snow/water tube that has a battery, wireless trolling motor, and other feature, so that canoes, kayaks, fishing float tubes, pontoons, or any small boat can be connected to this and hence have the ability to be pushed/pulled for hours at varying speeds over vast distances.
