Wow! Great ideas so far! Is there a way to blend the designs of #34, 35, & 41?

Great ideas thus far! Please do not include a tractor icon nor the tire of gear as I don't want the logo to be specific to one type of industry. I like having some type of graphic, could you include something that signifies welding or manufacturing? The two designs from Pivotal are close to what I was envisioning. I like how the "M" in the design from Dhira was accentuated and I like how innovations is lower case in the design by odc69. Thanks!
