Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We would like a logo and symbol design for an experienced commercial construction management and consulting firm that wants to emphasize strength, stability and confidence. We would like the colors to be blue and grey or a combination that includes these colors. We also would like to emphasize the d within dCM but we would like it to remain lowercase. The symbol for the company should consist of either an acronym of dCM or an abstract logo that brings to mind strength and stability (i.e. triangle).
