Describe who/what this design is about

This is the logo for a drug development company. Our company name stands for "balance", "activity", and "health". We want the logo to have a professional and conservative look rather than a loud flamboyant one. Examples for the types of logos we like are logos for Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, Genentech, Celgene. Lastly, our name can appear as Samumed in the logo or can be abbreviated as "SM" or both.
