    This piece will most likely end up on our trucks, billboards, and other print pieces. Frequently it will only be seen for a second. The design needs to easily recognized and the name (text) must be readable and comprehended.

    We are professional real estate investment firm and want our investors who are giving us hundreds of thousands of dollars to know we are the best at what we do and their investment is safe with us. We also want the people we buy from to feel like we are not out there to take advantage of them but to help them solve their real estate problems. No dollar signs.
