Describe who/what this design is about

I am an attorney specializing in workers compensation. I represent the employee who has been injured on the job. I do not do personal injury (car accidents, falls, etc.) and am not an ambulance chaser. I have worked for the "other side", the employer for 20 years and know how they think to prohibit the employee from getting as much compensation as possible. I will fight for their rights as an employee and win them the most compensation possible using my knowledge of the insurance companies and employers games. I have a take no prisoners attitude and will represent the employee in a professional, dogmatic win-mentality way.

I was thinking of a tagline "Win with Berlin" but don't want to have it on the logo itself. I want it to convey strength, winning, money, and be professional and easy to recognize. Maybe a "B" with Berlin Law Firm incorporated or a shield or something denoting strong and winning.
