  A rough explanation of what an Escrow company does, is to describe it as the median of two parties. The Escrow division coordinates and handles the money transactions between all parties. Hope that also helps :)

  Hi Designers, I hope my instructions and comments are useful for everyone. Here's a few different looks i'd love to see (each look separate drafts pls): 1. Create different ways to make "H" appear in "Harvard" 2. Create different ways to make "V" appear in "Harvard" 3. More designs using two colors and combination of the two colors in the letter "V" of Harvard. Great looks so far, but let's keep it coming as the project is getting closer to the end!   I like the font and logo for #23. What if we remove the mountain and put something else? Or change the fonts like Pinterest's logo? What if we do something like Samsung's logo? Or something like Gap's old logo? White on dark? Some different fonts also like UNIQLO (on 1 line though)? We can just use "HARVARD" as the main part of the logo. So #36 de-emphasizes "Company Escrow" which is okay. Escrow is about connecting people and details, will that help? Icon's are okay also just wanted to see both types of logos.

  Some examples of logo design without separate icons are like IBM, Ebay, Coca Cola... hope that helps. Good luck!
