Describe who/what this design is about

Harbour Inn hotel located on the Colorado river near the Parker Arizona strip . This is a haven for boaters in the summer and for winter,retired visitors in the winter. All rooms have a kitchenette and the hotel is steps from the river and a boat launch. This is a desert area with mountains in the back drop and the colorado river running through. We want renovate and create a cool(temperature), clean retro feel. This hotel is no frills but will have an urban/retro feel when complete. Parker is a small desert town where many southern california resident cine o escape. It is Very hot in the summer and mild in the winter. 10 rooms

#6. Is the anybway to add a reference to the dam windowanat top of mountains? Could we change the mountains to one back and one brown. And water to blue? Harbour to black ? I really like the different fonts with harbour and inn being different. Thank you!

Thank you for the creative great designs we will review and give input. We really like lower case and for reference if you look up a contest for decosy staging we love the design and colors used in that contest. The winning design in the decosy contest is the fresh look we are going for. Want to stay away from nautical, boats lighthouses etc.

The hotel is 2 miles from the Parker Dam which has beautiful architecture.
