Looking to slightly alter my existing logo file (attached) with the same color scheme, but different avatar/character in the middle.

The photos uploaded contain the original logo file. I need the middle character on the original logo changed out to resemble the person in the additional photographs attached. Preferably symmetrical, facing forward like the original avatar, just with the hat OR spiked hair, clean shaven and DIFFERENT from the original character with the bandana, glasses, and beard.
