E & L Electric Motors

Servicing & Selling Electric Motors Since 1959

No

We repair electric motors for large manufacturers of anything from plastic to steel, power plants, and aerospace. We have been around since 1959 and are based in the middle of Orange County and Los Angeles County.

http://redstickarmature.com/ I like this look

http://www.tawinc.com/ this one has promise but something is missing

http://www.vincentelectric.com/ DONT like this one, boring

http://www.ronselectricmotorrepair.com/ I'm sure Ron is a great guy but this is guy you want to come to your house and fix your pool motor, thats what I see. The Redstick web sire looks tougher, industrial.

http://www.evolvecreate.com/projects/eandlelectric/ This is our site and our colors - Black - Grey - Red

To everyone, I have no choice but to extend for another 3 days. I told myself I wouldnt do that but there are so many great ones and some still need a little adjusting. Thanks again for all the hard work!

I will start thinning the field out today by eliminating ones that I know I won’t be choosing. Please watch for notes and/or emails for suggestions. Thank you everyone for being a part of our growing company, I was very impressed with the talent level out there.

GENERAL NOTES: WOW, there are a lot of good ones out there but please note the following; 1: The ones that have the outside ring that looks like a gear won't work for us. The motor looking logo on # 26 is much closer to what we would want if we go with that type of logo. 2: Keep in mind motion, motors spin so anything that can show that without the gear look will work well 3: # 65 if we decide to go with a non motor type logo has the right font and feel. It is clean and strong. 4: We are leaning for logos that are not as busy, like in # 65, but would love to get that same feel with a # 26 type motor look. Thanks again everyone for the time and effort!!!

Keep in mind the colors and my website, link is above, that is being done. It it needs to go in the top left corner and fit the color scheme.

There are so many good ones it is starting to really get hard to choose a style and I haven't. However it might be helpful to know which ones I really keep looking at. It also may help if you googled a picture of the inside of an electric motor. #26 either by chance or by research looks like the inside of a dc motor to a point. A motor has an even amount of poles, north and south, this is how the motor turns. The electricity flows through and the north pole will push while the south pole pulls and so on. Also number 19 looks like a laminations inside a motor. Great job everyone!

Light bulbs and\or plugs or items the make you think of an electrician is no good. We are not electricians we fix electric motors and we don't want to send a message that we are electricians.

Please keep in mind our new web site colors so it fits in the color scheme. http://www.evolvecreate.com/projects/eandlelectric/ Also, if I invited the same people over and over I wasn't real sure what I was doing.

I would like to also see some without the lighting bolt. Think electricity or power to come up with something. I tried but couldn't think of anything

First one looks good and I'm very excited to see more. The font looks good but throw a few different font types as well. We don't have a font of choice for us yet. Also, nit sure if it possible and we have to have two logos exactly the same, one for digital paper work and for faxing that is the sAme but fax friendly. Some companies still want faxes.
