Creative Brief

Drone Photography / Video Company Logo

Aerials by Icarus

Yes

We have a really nice drone to take pictures and do video with. We want to appeal to a wide variety of customers. The logo can incorporate a camera, a drone, the sun, feathers (read up on icarus, greek myth), or anything else you think might work.

Don't want it to be overly detailed. It needs to be flat (NO GRADIENTS!). Simple/powerful/modern feeling. A font with serifs with equal weight on the letters might work best, but open to many options.

I try not to post too much, as I am not that creative. I thank you for all your submissions, and had 2 ideas. Could we try using the s900 shape, like in #20, and put wings on it? As in wings on the drone? I know that is redundant, but might be just the combination of drone/mythology? What about an 'i' (for Icarus) with wings, and the s900 fo rthe 'dot' of the "i'? Not sure if this is too specific, as I certainly do not want to discourage new ideas. Also, http://skypixel.org/ has lots of recognition for the 'camera with wings', enough that we may want to stay away from that. thanks again
