Dakk will be a consumer electronics oriented import-export company. Exact company name is :
DAKK DIŞ TİCARET LTD. STİ.
I am willing not to have anything else than DAKK in the logo but both will be appriciated to make comperations.

(I am not so sure about language related font issues for the so assuming html encoding is turned on Turkish and hopefully you having nice turkish fonts if you are going to include the tagline part)

Sihem #2 feels like a bluejean brand logo to me but #4 looks nice i would like to see that over white background aswell..
