This logo is for my real estate team, The Roark Premier Team. It is currently only two agents, myself and my wife; however, our hope is to expand to 3-5 agents within 1-2 years.

I currently work under the Century 21 brand; however, I'm not certain we need to maintain total color fidelity i.e. black & gold. In the end, I want the logo to stand independently of the Century 21 brand. I really like black, silver, white, and gold. I almost left this blank, because I don't want to hinder your imagination with my inability to describe...even remotely...what I like. If forced, I would state that I like the open door concept. I love home motifs, maybe a winding road leading to the home? I take a very hard approach to selling, cold calling, door knocking, asking for referrals, etc, but I don't want this to come through in a bad way in the logo. I really don't know exactly what I want, but I'm sure of what I want when I see it! The only thing I know for certain is that I hope to keep this logo for my brand for a long time to come, so please make it great!!
