These are wonderful (love the colors). However, I am not really looking at the Northeast as a direction on a compass, per se. As an educational firm, it really has to do with looking at data (student data). This is usually in the form of graphs. If a student is progressing/achieving, his/her graph will be headed "northeast". Hope this helps!
