Describe who/what this design is about

This design is for a professional ministerial group of ministers.
The ministers of this group are community focused and looking to do outreach ministry in southern california. They will use this logo for their non-for-profit organization, so a cutting edge community based logo would be great. They would like the BAMF acronym to be central and the tagline to be small.
