Describe who/what this design is about

Logo should be simple, substantial.

Needs to be seamless between a website and display ads.

I've noticed that many big banks (kidder, peabody) Bear Stearns, DLJ, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs) all tend to have similar and stark designs.

Perhaps a subtle twist on that.

Hi all, thank you very much for your efforts. Mycroburst is a great concept, I hope you all prosper from it. A couple things re: Acumen ... • I'm looking more for a stylized type solution as opposed to a dominant symbol. I like how simple the symbol is in #4/6. • Do not want "Reach the market minded" in logo. Keep them coming. Have a webpage and banner ads also.
