Do you know the expression, "three square meals a day"? It is said to have its origins in British and American Navy. If you ate three square meals a day, it meant you were doing well for yourself. We are a restaurant development firm that assists restauranteurs in opening their concept from the ground up. We can assist them in their real estate transaction, whether it be finding and purchasing a building or finding a building and negotiating their lease. We can also help them secure financing by developing a business plan, running financials and/or finding investors. We do NOT operate the restaurants.
