DJPT is a private-pay, concierge-style physical therapy practice predominantly seeing clients in their homes. Treatments are client-guided, whereby the client may request specific therapy interventions and/or work with the therapist to identify goals and a general treatment plan based on the therapist's initial evaluation. DJPT provides services including: pain management (heavy focus on manual therapy), strengthening, conditioning/activity tolerance, balance, ambulation training, flexibility, equipment management including recommendations & instruction, safety in home & community, caregiver training, general health & wellness education. DJPT plans to incorporate general in-home care in the future, which will include assistance with on-going medical care needs & activities of daily living, companionship, transportation, etc.
