Logo should represent an organization committed to preserving and promoting the history of Manitowoc County Wisconsin, which includes dairy farming, the production of aluminum goods, shipbuilding pioneer era settlement. The logo should have a simple, clean, modern vintage look and convey the passage of time.

Prefer circular modern vintage emblem or badge design. Avoid forced vintage elements such as scrolled banners, fading or distressed materials. Logo should lack intricate details that would be lost when used in small formats.

We would like to see a general logo for Manitowoc County Historical Society and a second very similar variation of the logo with the secondary line "Pinecrest Historical Village". Ideally, it would have be almost identical to the general Modern vintage logo but with an element that would represent Pinecrest Historical Village, which interprets the time period in Wisconsin from 1850 - 1900.

    Please note that as of 2/1/13 we have added some new images that we would like all designers to look at for ideas. We want to clarify that we would like logos to incorporate vintage style ORIGINAL artwork, not modified versions of the images we uploaded.

    Please note that we operate two museums as the Manitowoc County Historical Society. We would like see two versions of the same logo. One would include the text "Manitowoc County Historical Society" and the other would include the text "Manitowoc County Historical Society" and as a sub text "Pinecrest Historical Village"
