Creative Brief

VINCENT'S

VINCENT'S

AMERICAN GRILL

Yes

This is for a new restaurant we are opening in the mountains in Gunnison, Colorado, USA.

We would like the logo to have the main name VINCENT'S on top and then in smaller letter maybe, on the bottom of VINCENT's, the phrase: AMERICAN GRILL in smaller font.

We are right next to our hotel which is one of the best one in the area, The Inn at Tomichi Village.

We are in the country close to Crested Butte which is an epic Ski area.

The concept will be countrish, woodish, maybe rustic, lots of brown and greens inside.

Designers, Thanks again for your submissions. Just to clear up a couple of things, for the Blue Mesa Grill logo, we are NOT using the "American Grill" tagline, so please do not include those words in your logo designs. Also, the words "Blue" and "Mesa" should go together. In other words, the words "Blue" and "Mesa" should be on the same line, in the same font and in the same color. You could put all three words on the same line, same font, same color if you choose, but that's up to you - just don't split up "blue" and "mesa". Thanks.

Hello Designers, Let me give you a little background behind the meaning of the name "Blue Mesa Grill" which may help you with your designs. Our restaurant is located in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Just outside the town where we are located is Colorado's largest body of water, The Blue Mesa Reservoir. It is a very popular recreational area. The logo should convey the idea that the restaurant will be of high quality with a menu which is both interesting and yet accessible to the general dining public. Thank you for your thoughtful submissions.

Good evening DESIGNERS, Thank you to everyone for the great drafts! We are not convinced with the VINCENT'S AMERICAL GRILL. We are now contemplating tha name BLUE MESA GRILL, could you guys be so kind so use this new name in your designs to see how we feel about it? Thank you so much!

Also, seems like any thicker cursive fonts are harder to read than thinner cursive fonts. Thank you!

Fantastic job so far everyone! Could you guys change tones/colors in your designs? Could you play with the VINCENT'S word in a cursive font? Something clean and easy to read? Love some of your guys's symbol logos but they look too fancy. Also not so cartoonish please :)
