Describe who/what this design is about

This logo is for a new start up pediatric medical practice for a solo pediatrician who is also a lactation consultant. The mission of the practice is to promote preventative health care with its patients but also through community initiatives.

The practice is moving into an older home that is a community icon. The house is a 2 story white farmhouse with a wrap around side porch and 2 front gables. I was hoping for a logo that used the silhouette of the house superimposed on a "skyline" that included a silhouette of a church steeple (no cross though), a school and a hospital with the text under the design.
