Real Estate Development Project that specializes in flex-use space. This project specifically focuses on Live and Work warehouse studios in a very fast growing mountain town--Bozeman, MT. An eclectic mix of outdoor enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, farmers and ranchers, investors. There will be a warehouse on the bottom level of the unit and a nice modern 1-2 bedroom condo on the top level combining a great flex use work-live warehouse/condo space.
