1. We want you to START with the graphic file attached (which was the result of a design contest won by Vikilogos) and evolve it in 2 ways:
a. First stage is to augment, evolve or replace the 7 black “document icons” (upper right) in the current graphic. We want something to convey the type of site we are based on one (possibly more) of the items in bold in sections 3-5 above.

b. Second: We would like you to explore other ways to represent the black/blue colored “person/image” representation in the current graphic. Please note, we may keep this part of the graphic the same.

2. We DO NOT want to change the color scheme at this stage. We may explore those as the design develops.

3. We DO NOT need any text in this design unless required to meet the objective outlined in 1.a. above. WE DO NOT want UCStrategies.com in the Logo.
