Describe who/what this design is about

This foundation does fundraising in the United States to improve the opportunities of children and families in the area of social services and educational opportunities in Uruguay.

The Logo will be used in the new website, collateral content and all fundrasing events.
LOGO MUST HAVE both flags USA and URUGUAY

Symbol should have some movement, Be creative, stay off the lines if needed, and think out the box.

IMPORTANT: The Board would like to see how they current logo could evolve into something new and modern. Like Starbucks has done...

---#6 is not what the Board would want to see. They want to see the flags in some way. It is a bit too abstract for our leaders. ---#5 Speaks more to the what the board wants to see however it's missing movement. So It's amost not worth changing it. Flags look too stiff. ---#4 It does not resemble the old logo in any way. They want to see how the logo evolves with time see the project Brief for link to our current website and logo.

The Board has been very clear to me. They want to see both flags somehow intergrated in this logo. The United States Flag and the Uruguayan Flag. Thanks again keep trying... We are very excited.
