Describe who/what this design is about

There are two sides to this business and the logo needs to communicate to both sides. There is the business client side and the consumer side. On the Business Side our company evaluates businesses and selects those businesses that we feel provide a level of quality customer service that puts them in the top ten percent of their respective industries, we then offer those businesses a recognition program to demonstrate to the marketplace that they have been selected and included into the Top Ten Percent. One of the ways we do this is by applying a percentage of the membership fees that all businesses pay and using it for a cooperative advertising and promotion program that promote those businesses and demonstrates to consumers that these are the top businesses in their respective fields.
On the consumer side of the business, we offer an online and mobile device discount program that allows consumers to buy at a reduced price from those recognized Top Ten Percent businesses. These businesses provide discounts, promotions and coupons that are exclusive to our website and mobile device discount program.

I've star rated those designs that I like the best. I would like to see similar designs using a true gold color also, I would like to see a price tag looking icon attached to the right side of the logo that says .com and this can be used with the logo optionally.

Again Top Ten Percent needs to be spelled out versus using numbers or the % logo. Also, think in terms of the best of the best, the leaders of industry, the companies on top.

Please read the thread of all comments below for further direction. Please note, this logo needs to be able to be used in both color and black and white versions. This could have some impact in your design. Additionally, it may be used on dark backgrounds and white backgrounds.

1. Please note, the company name is Top Ten Percent spelled out versus using numerals or the % logo. 2. The tag line should be smaller than the logo. 3. Preferred colors are black, gold and silver.
