I need to build a brand look and feel and logo for TEIM Leadership Labs.

WHO ARE WE?
Designed to solve the leadership crisis, TEIM Leadership Labs provides 2 year Internships for Millennials.

TEIM Leadership Labs are high performance training opportunities for Millennials in the early stage of their business career. What makes us unique is that Millennials learn key functional business skills AND begin to build their leadership competencies early in their career, while helping small businesses not for profits, sport organizations succeed.

TEIM achieves this by focusing on the meta competency of self awareness & delivers high performance through working in teams. TEIM Leadership Labs provides intense experiential team work experiences. The environment is pressure filled, live learning, project based learning communities – focused on helping real clients solve real problems and create real opportunities.

With 75% of the workforce being Millennials in less than 8 years, our vision is that we begin building better leaders, followers and teammates now. WHILE helping businesses, not for profits, sport organizations succeed.

WHY ME? WHY NOW?
There is a leadership crisis. Engagement levels are terrible, attrition rates are soaring, anxiety is up, people are not happy. I set out on a journey to find out how can we fix this?

Why NOW? Now is crucial. In less than 8 years 75% of the workforce will be Millennials. The 350+ Millennials that I have coached demonstrate strong leadership competencies. If we develop Millennials NOW, then by 2024, there will be an incredible base of strong, talented leaders to lead us forward.

Why ME? PASSION. (Actually, I would call it an obsession) Passion is a strength, but does not make me blind to the challenges that lay ahead. INTELLIGENCE. Educated with a Masters in Leadership. 20+ years running successful divisions. DEVELOPMENTAL BIAS. Unlocking Millennial potential is my talent. CURIOSITY. Over the past 18 months, I have dedicated myself to finding the answer, the formula for a solution. DRIVE. (obsession) I want to help 1M Millennials. TEAM. Collectively, we can change this world, and now is our time. I have a formula that will help.

WHAT SOLUTION DOES THIS SOLVE?
This solution solves so many leadership and Millennial problems.

WHAT DO I WANT TO THE BRAND TO BE?
The name has a few meanings: After 18 months of struggling how to explain all the research I had done, I made myself think with the THE.END.IN.MIND. (TEIM). That was a game changer. You cannot do what you cannot see and my head was so cluttered with all the literature, studies, books I had read. It was when I stopped and asked myself what I wanted the outcome to be that I found my way. Then I began to doodle... and put a triangle on top of the i. This made it look like (TEAM), but 'i' is a very significant part of the brand name..you cannot grow in a team, until you know yourself. Self Awareness is a KEY component to the formula to solving the leadership crisis. Self aware people are better leaders, followers and teammates. AND research also proves that those who are self aware make better career decisions. Better career decisions lead to a lifetime of joy and happiness. In addition, TEAMS are a vital way forward for everyone - individuals AND companies - a key to innovation, collaboration etc. Two other important pieces - when I put a triangle on top of the 'i' - it looked like a dress, and for me the Future is Female. Then I extended the letter i downward it became an arrow. A shout out to my love of the Jamaican people and my favorite Jamaican saying "up move" ..fun.
