Describe who/what this design is about

I'd love to have a graphic somehow showing the Atlanta skyline worked into the design - with the Sundance Estates words appearing - probably larger than the LLC element of the name?.... A modern design - which somehow reflects that we are a property company - primarily dealing in refurbing private homes... especially historic (often craftsman style houses).... funky is good / something that can also be used on stationary and business cards etc - and ultimately (not now) maybe a website

I'd love to see a sort of organic flowing design - which maybe can incorporate an icon depicting the atlanta skyline to reflect where we are based... keeping it modern - dynamic, and working into it (if this is all possible in one logo) that we are a property company...
